Organise Your Function
The West Room is situated on the upper level of the new building, adjacent to the bistro and accommodates sit down dinners or luncheons, banquette style, theatre style and cocktail party. Both set and cocktail menus can be catered for in The West Room. Alternatively, meals can be ordered from the A La Carte bistro menu.

The Cocktail Lounge at The Wheelers Hill Hotel is located within the main bistro area it is perfect for a less formal cocktail gathering. Full bar facilities are available in this area. The Cocktail lounge is available for hire any time of the day, or for evening functions.

- Buffet up to 50 people
The Lower Terrace
The Lower Terrace at The Wheelers Hill Hotel is also located within the main bistro area it is perfect for a less formal cocktail gathering. Full bar facilities are available but are not in the same area. The Lower Terrace is available for hire any time of the day, or for evening functions. Please note that, DJs and live music are not available in this area. Room hire is $300.

The Lounge is located downstairs and is perfect for a less formal cocktail gathering. Full bar facilities are available but are not in the same area. Please note that, DJs, live music and microphone are not available in this area. Room hire is $100.
